A cardio-respiratory fitness program approved by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) which fuses Caribbean and African music and movements. Become a Roots-n-Riddims Instructor and bring this fun, fitness class to your studio, gym, church group or school by contacting us.

Self Care Sundays

Occurs on the first Sunday of every month. An hour of relaxation, meditation, 
deep-breathing stress relieving techniques, stretching and movements to end our month and gear up for another one. 
Followed by a cultural health circle and discussion.

Thick Girls Move

A movement campaign motivating women of all shapes and sizes to move using a simple, everyday activity; walking. Sign up for trainings by contacting us. Join our private TGM Facebook group for ongoing inspiration and to find a TGM workout buddy.
